This package implements methods for hierarchical semiparametric regression models for test statistics. Specifically, test statistics given the null/alternative hypotheses are modeled parametrically, whereas the unobservable status of null/alternative hypotheses are modeled using nonparametric addtive logistic regression over covariates.
