Classical Jacobi Eigensolution Algorithm.


Implements the classical Jacobi (1846) algorithm for the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of a real symmetric matrix, both in pure R and in C++ using Rcpp. Mainly as a programming example for teaching purposes.
